Anyone who has taken a train ride between South Yarra and Richmond would have noticed the splatter of graffitis next to the train line. One area of particular interest is the stretch of streets approaching Richmond station where you start to see giant murals on the walls. He decided to get off at Richmond station for an impromptu photo walk.

About Paul Sur

Paul Sur is a Melbourne based urban photographer. Inspired by the photos of Sebastio Salgado for their ability to narrate stories and Martin Parr’s works for their irony, Paul sees photography as a way to harmonise both the technical and creative sides of his mind. He loves being able to use his photography to paint everyday occurrences in a different light.
