By the 1890’s, the Richmond Terrace showcases an Italianate style was prevalent and the decoration on the façade of the terraces grew more elaborate with lavish displays of cast iron, cast cement and ornamental doors and window forms. An ornate balustrade parapet was complemented with cast iron verandah details and balcony.
