We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. If your purchase is considered faulty, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, CLU. is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. We are not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. CLU. reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases made at a CLU. retail store or if the item is no longer suitable.
We understand ordering over the internet can be difficult. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All costs regarding delivery will be at your expense. Refunds can be issued on purchases that have been made online at cluliving.com.au only. You must exchange any items purchased on cluliving.com.au at a CLU. retail store.
