CLU Living strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, let us know.
INSTORE RETURNS
We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. If your purchase is considered faulty, we will gladly offer a refund, replacement or credit note, for the full purchase price. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, CLU Living is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy. We are not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. we reserves the right to examine the item in question.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases made at a CLU Living retail store or if the item is no longer suitable.
ONLINE RETURNS
We understand purchasing products over the internet can be a difficult one. For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labelling is in tact and items are returned in original condition. All costs regarding delivery to us will be at your expense. For change of mind, you will be reimbursed the purchase price less shipping cost.
CLU Living is not obliged to offer a refund, repair or exchange without providing proof of purchase. Refunds can be issued on purchases made online on cluliving.com.au only. You may exchange any items purchased on cluliving.com.au in a CLU Living store.
